At Sonder Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Conditions for Returns:
Contact us within 7 Days: Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us at sonderstudioart@gmail.com.
Return Authorization: Returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Original Condition: Artwork must be returned in its original condition, unmarked, and with all original packaging.
Secure Packaging: Ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipment to prevent damage during transit.
Return Process:
Contact Customer Service: Email our customer service team at sonderstudioart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
Securely Package Item: Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Note:
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
